Eating Disorder Dietitian Training

The eating disorders training on April 29 is the result of one dietitian's passion to make a difference. Abbie Lambert came to Monument Health with the goal of building an eating disorders treatment program. She has met her goal and never looked back. This spring will mark the first time Monument Health and SDAND will collaborate to offer a training session for dietitians focused on enhancing their understanding of eating disorders- thanks entirely to Abbie. This training is a unique opportunity to gain practical insights and strategies from an expert in the field. Abbie wanted to bring Beth to South Dakota because of her experience working in rural populations.

BETH FOURNIER HARRELL, MS, RDN, LD will bring her wealth of expertise to the day. Topics covered include Weight Inclusive Language Recognizing Disordered Eating Nutrition Interventions for Eating Disorders.
